Upon arriving at the Ukraine, he saw that there were definitely some issues with the first draft of the Constitution that they had. He was able to consolidate the main problems into three categories. One of the biggest problems was that the president did not have the power he needed to actually conduct his office. The second problem was that the system of voting could not produce an equal vote with the people. The third and last problem was that the political parties had no strong candidates. He was able to show them a way forward from here and now their government is thriving. For further reading about the professor, head over to en.wikipedia.org.
